We have been present on the Polish market since 1991. Before that we were on the Swedish market for four years.

Since our aim is to help fulfill our clientele's dreams, we attend to individual clients by taking responsibility for the whole process of house building.

Our experience and precision of provided services put us in a position of partnership with our clients. Thus, being their partners, we take responsibility for the entire investment: starting from finding, choosing and purchasing the grounds, obtaining zoning decisions and construction permits, building designs and construction supervision. As the general contractor, we provide you with the safety of your investment.

Our great experience allowed us to gather an appropriate group of specialists who, in a creative and elastic way can help fulfill our clients' dreams whilst bearing in mind the timetable scheduled for the investment. The professionalism of the specialists we cooperate with allows us to meet the expectations of even the most sophisticated building and finishing projects in concordance with your wishes.

In a competition held by the "Ładny Dom" publishing company we were the laureates of October 2006.

We were granted a prize in the category "Złoty Pion" in a contest held by Radio Merkury and Głos Wielkopolski in 1998.

We build in the Ytong system. That producer recommends us for our perfect precision of services.

In 2001 we received a Certyfikat Nr 150/2001 from Ytong Polska Sp. z o.o. Seven years later we were granted an update numbered 18/Y/2006.
